 In-stock products:
Orders for In-stock products will be processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. All orders are shipped and tracked. Tracking details will be included with your order dispatch email.

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping time depends on your locations.

Expect 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping takes longer.

Kindly understand that there might be occasions of delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control.

 

Delivery options for particularly large and delicate items will be restricted exclusively to pick-up arrangements. However, if you have specific shipping needs or inquiries, feel free to contact us, and we will explore special shipping services tailored to your requirements.

Made to order products:
Made to order products have a lead time of 4-6 weeks to create unless communicated differently.

Occasionaly an item will be slightly delayed due to production times being dependant on the firing queue, as we always try to minimize our ecological footprint by  firing a full kiln.

If your order includes both in-stock and made to order products, we will ship everything together, unless advised otherwise via ceramicsdanae@gmail.com

Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DANAE CERAMICS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

DANAE CERAMICS is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any additional charges incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer. If an item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping and re-handling fees incurred.

Studio Pick-up
For the pick-up option from our studio at Leonidou 29, Voula, Athens 16673, please note that it is available by appointment only. Kindly contact us to schedule your pick-up slot.
